Chablis at NoMI Kitchen's Chef's Corner

You are invited to attend one of these very special events showcasing the wines of the Chablis region. It will provide a rare opportunity to enjoy a Pure Chablis lunch or dinner uniquely featuring hand-selected Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru wines. Each dish of the tasting menus by these top chefs will be designed to reflect the origin and terroir of the Chablis region.

President of the BIVB Chablis Commission

Louis obtained his degree of oenology-viticulture at Fresno State University, before working for different wineries in California.

In 1994, after 8 years in the United States, he came back to France to lead the family estate, succeeding to his father Jean-Jacques. Together, they extended their facilities in order to vinify the harvest from the 110 hectares that represent the 2 family vineyards, Domaine Louis Moreau and Domaine de Biéville

Today, Louis produces and commercializes Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, always seeking for the best quality and fully respecting the environment.

Since July 2011, Louis is President of the “Union des Grands Crus de Chablis” (UGCC).
He is also President of the BIVB Chablis Commission (Bourgogne Wine Board).
