The UK is the leading export market for Chablis wines in terms of volume, with the equivalent of 3.06 million 75 cl bottles, that is to say 16% of their export volumes over the period. But it is no longer the leading market in terms of revenue. The UK now accounts for 16% of export value, at €31.5 million, behind the USA, which is now in first place. 

White Bourgogne wines largely dominate exports of white French AOCs. At the end of October 2023, they accounted for 37% of shipments of these wines to the UK. These results are based on the strong reputation of Chablis wines.
