Domaine Marsoif

The Domaine Marsoif is a family-run estate that was taken over by artisanal winegrower Raphael Masson in 2005. The estate owes its name to the knights templar who founded the commandery in 1235 in this strategic location, surrounded by sources, with “soif” meaning “thirst”. It offers a range of fruity, rounded wines, comprising three whites, two rosés, three reds, and sparkling rosé and white crémants. Visitors are welcome to the Tonnerre winery and cellars by appointment only, or to the cellars in Serrigny.
