A family Domaine of 14 Ha (9 Ha of Petit Chablis, 4 Ha of Chablis, and 1 Ha of 1er Cru), which has been taken over by the two sons Patère and Baudoin. Traditional vinification with aging on dregs to bring out freshness, minerality, and elegance.
