Nicolas and Vincent Laroche are independent winegrowers in Fleys. Visitors are welcome year-round at the family-run Domaine de la Meulière in their picturesque 18th-century cellars or in Chablis at 2 bis Rue Porte Noël. The La Meulière estate covers 27.3 hectares and operates according to a sustainable approach. It has Haute Valeur Environnemental 3 certification, harvesting is entirely manual, and the approach to vinification is a natural one. Together, they represent the ninth generation of winegrowers, with their family’s winegrowing history dating back to 1779.
