Gérard Tremblay's domaine covers 37 hectares of the 4 AOC Chablis regions (Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru). The domaine's ethos is environmentally friendly, with measures including gravity-based harvesting, pneumatic pressing and temperature control. Always at the cutting edge, Gérard Tremblay places great importance on the quality of the wines, which have characteristic aromas of white floral notes, roses and acacia honey, and are full-bodied and intense in the mouth as they are to the nose. They age very well. A third generation of the family is now emerging with the arrival of Vincent and Eléonore Tremblay.
