The Domaine Fillon has opened a tasting cellar and sales outlet in Chablis to promote their wines and fruit juices along with other products from various producers.

The Domaine Fillon, situated in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, comprises 38 hectares in the terroir of Chablis and the Auxerrois. It is now Hervé and Frédérique, brother and sister, who oversee its development. As both owners and winemakers, they produce red, white, and rosé wines from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, and Aligoté.  In season, they also produce cherries and plums.
