Domaine Château de Viviers

The Château de Viviers is based on three pillars: history, ecology and the quest
excellence. A Chablis estate, it was founded by Cistercian monks in the 13th century and served at the wedding of Louis XV and at Versailles. In 2019, Arnould Lefébure, oceanographer and founder of GoodPlanet Belgium, is turning water into wine by taking over the family estate. An ardent defender of biodiversity and in search of excellence, he decided to run the estate 100% organically and biodynamically and in 2022 switched to vitiforestry.
