Domaine du Château du Val de Mercy


This 30-hectare estate has 22 hectares of vines in the Chablis region and eight in the Auxerrois. It produces Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Jouan and Les Beauregards, Chablis, Petit-Chablis, Bourgogne Chitry Blanc and Rouge, Bourgogne Coulanges Rouge, Bourgogne Rouge, Saint Bris, and Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc and Rosé. It also has wines on the Côte de Beaune, producing Pommard, Auxey-Duresses Rouge, Volnay, Savigny-lès-Beaune Rouge, and Chorey-lès-Beaune Rouge.
