We work 14 hectares of vines as a family in the Petit Chablis and Chablis appellations, exclusively in the commune of Poilly sur Serein.

We work the land and the fruit with care and respect, in order to let the terroir and its minerality express themselves, in harmony with nature and biodiversity. Our work has naturally led us to convert to organic farming, officially launched in 2019. We favour long, low-intervention vinifications.
