My estate, which has been in the family for 4 generations, is in Irancy, a small wine-growing village belonging to the Auxerrois vineyard, and which is just a few kilometres from Chablis.
Renowned for the quality of its red wines, Irancy is one of Bourgogne's greatest appellations.
The wines I produce are mainly from Pinot Noir and reflect the “terroir” which is chiefly made up of Kimmeridgian marls, providing purity, finesse and minerality; the wines may be red or rosé.
My vineyard now covers 11 ha and I produce the following appellations:
• Irancy,
• Irancy « vaupessiot »,
• Irancy « paradis »
• Irancy « palotte »
• Irancy « mazelots »,
• Bourgogne Rosé
• Crémant de Bourgogne
To respect nature and the environment, I have been operating my vineyard following organic rules since 2010, and the precision-made wines have personality, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. Be assured that these regularly selected or rewarded quality wines are the fruit of the “terroir” and the expertise of a family of wine-growers, motivated by passion, respect, rigour and high requirements.
