The village of Fyé will be hosting the traditional Saint-Vincent Chablisien on February 3 and 4.

During these two days of celebration,  all the flavours of the Chablis appellation can be found in the special Saint-Vincent cuvée, which will be served in the village cellars.

PROGRAM :

Saturday, February 3
12 noon: banquet at Auxerrexpo, booking required
8pm: ball with the Mosaïque 89 orchestra

Sunday, February 4
9am: Mass at the church of Saint-Antoine in Fyé
10am: the passing of Saint-Vincent and street parade, opening of the cellars in Fyé
10.45am: official speeches and inductions into the Confrérie des Piliers Chablisiens
